Reconditioned Engines

All reconditioned/rebuilt engines are fully warranted by our 6000 mile / 6 months part warranty under    normal running conditions. Note this does not include any upgrade or bolt on extras from standard factory manufacture including gas conversions.

All Engines will have been through the following strict and rigorous process

• Complete strip down and removal of core plugs for thorough clean
• Removal of any parts subject to wear
• Inspection of casing for cracks and corrosion
• Crack test of crankshaft when reground
• Re-bore or liner of blocks and casings to correct tolerances
• Meticulous rebuilding of engines in contaminate free workshops
• Renewal of bearings, gaskets and seals throughout the engine
• All new pistons, some liners depending on which engines
• Renew overall oil pumps
• Replacement of core plugs
• All blocks and heads pressure tested after finish machining
• Full inspection and paint
• Wrapped in cellophane

• Short motors, ¾ built, fully stripped, complete with all ancillaries
• Customised engines rebuilt to own preference (specification)
